Adam Oliveri is the Managing Director of the Private Company Market at SecondMarket. Adam joined SecondMarket directly out of university as the third employee, and has spent his entire professional career developing and growing SecondMarket’s marketplace for trading illiquid assets. Currently, his primary responsibility is to lead the firm's efforts around creating a platform to enable capital formation and shareholder liquidity for promising private companies. Previously, Adam was Co-Head of the SecondMarket trading desk, and responsible for managing transaction execution across all of SecondMarket’s asset class coverage areas. 

Adam graduated from the University of Rhode Island with a B.S. in Applied Economics and holds his Series 7, 24 and 63 licenses.
