In this course, Michael Feathers will walk you though the history of Agile, explain all of the relevant practices, and when they should be used and when they shouldn't. You'll learn how to do the initial and on-going planning for a project, how to write user stories, when to estimate (and when not to) and, through simulations, you'll learn how emergent design through Refactoring and Test-Driven Development impact the development process.
